2.  Must work full time or be a full time student.

    3.  If you are financially dependent on your parents,

         they must co-sign your lease.

    4.  Checking account (unless your parents co-sign).

    5.  Signed lease.

    6.  Provide a security deposit ($500).

    7.  Pay first and last month's rent ($1200).

    8.  Provide references with application.
